- 2 tsp of yogurt

- 2 tsp of cooked oatmeal  
- 2 tsp of honey

- 1    Ripe banana 

- 10 Ground almonds

-      Water 
- 2   tsp Honey

- 1/2 cucumber

- 2 tsp yogurt

- 1 tsp Honey

Mix all the three ingredients in a blender. Make a fine paste apply it to your face. Wash it off with warm water after 30 minutes. Dry your face with a soft towel.

Before applying any of these face masks wash your face thoroughly with a cleanser. The ingredients of the facemask may not penetrate the skin if the skin pores are blocked by sweat, dirt and grime. Steam your face after the process is complete. Facial mask has to be applied at least one a week. -       Coconut oil can be melted together with paraffin wax and applied.

Cracked skin on the heels can be prevented by using footwear which covers the feet properly. Feet have to thoroughly cleaned at night before going to bed. A thick layer of moisturizing cream or lotion has to be applied to get rid of the cracked dry skin.
